Theoretical Archaeology Group North American Meeting Website

At-a-Glance

I was contracted by the University of Colorado Boulder, Department of Anthropology, to design, develop and launch a conference website for the annual meeting of the North American Theoretical Archaeology Group (TAG). In addition to content management and updates, I integrated a conference registration and payment service through Eventzilla. Initially developed within the Drupal platform, I had to quickly adapt and launch the webpage in WordPress when the university IT department performed a university-wide transition. The website served as a one-stop shop for attendees to find relevant information, upload session and presentation proposals, book lodging, register and pay for their registration. The event was attended by nearly 150 participants from the US, Canada and Europe.
